Over the past 20 years Carl has supported the development of novel agbiotech products in Australia through various roles across the supply chain. He is strategically focused with strengths in the navigation of complex regulatory landscapes and has a strong process development, implementation and review skill set backed by a solid peer reviewed publication record.



Carl is the Center Director for the Center for Risk Communication AUSTRALASIA (www.cfrcanz.org), headquartered in Melbourne Victoria. The Center is part of a global network of risk communication centers working towards the promotion, research and application of risk communication in the management of controversy and crisis, advocacy of safety, and in the development, and restoration of organisational trust.

Carl completed his PhD at the University of Queensland and holds a Master of Science with honours from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.

Stacey is an astute, consultative Human Resources (HR) professional with extensive experience in the management and delivery of strategic and operational HR services and support across the public and private sectors. 



As a respected HR Business Partner, Stacey is the driver of effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes to build capability across business portfolios.

Stacey brings this experience and perspective to allow Rautaki Solutions to assist clients in working towards the development of a positive organisational culture that fosters accountability, innovation, continuous improvement and flexibility. 



Stacey holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Monash University, a Diploma of Business (HR) and a Bachelor of Science (Environ) and has a vast professional development portfolio.

Over the past 20 years Paul has been an influential senior manager with international experience and a sustained record of success in the Business-to-Business marketplace. Paul has an extensive background in diverse fire safety organisations, managing business performance across all levels and platforms.

​

An inspirational leader, Paul is an outstanding communicator and leader that through his participative approach creates robust pragmatic strategies to translate vision into achievements. He poses strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with a passion for customer care and quality.

Paul completed a Certificate in Drafting (Architecture) from the Christchurch Polytechnic in New Zealand and holds a Diploma in Management from the Mt Eliza Business School in Australia. Paul has training in black belt Six Sigma and is proficient in AutoCAD including 3D spatial modelling. Paul is based in the UK and leads the European office.

Karen is a highly competent business management professional with the ability to meet and exceed client expectations. She has an extensive history of making a difference through improving financial and operational processes and driving efficiency and productivity within an organisation.



Through Rautaki Solutions Karen offers her extensive management/commercial accounting experience across a range of service industries. Karen has demonstrated international expertise with substantial experience in business systems implementations providing exceptional skils in project management, leadership, integrity and a passion for producing outstanding results.



Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting from the Auckland University of Technology is a Certified Practicing Accountant, a Prince 2 Practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
